Schwein BBQ was founded by Chef Andreas Irion. Chef Irion graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1988. His culinary career has brought him to adventures in NJ, Florida,Vermont, Germany, Illinois, Oklahoma,California and finally Wyoming, where he has worked as a chef the past 25 years. He is currently the Executive Chef at Sheridan Memorial Hospital and a certified KCBS barbecue judge. His passion for food, fire and barbecue was the inspiration for Schwein BBQ. His wife and 6 children are the support team behind the business. The Irion family only believes in using the freshest and highest grade ingredients and cooking with a natural wood fire.
